Samsung’s One UI Update For Galaxy Note Series To Reach Sooner Than Expected

Samsung announced its One UI’s beta program back in November suggesting that the Android 9.0 Pie based software will reach the flagship devices in early 2019. Now, in contrast to its previous plans, the company is expected to release the software quite soon.

According to a report by Sam Mobile, the Galaxy Note 9 will get the update in January 2019 (previously expected to be February) while the Galaxy Note 8 will get hold of the update in February, as opposed to March.

To recall, the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus already have the One UI update.

Following the release of the update for the current flagships, 2017’s flagship — the Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus will get the One UI update in March.

Additionally, other Samsung smartphones in the company’s Galaxy A and the Galaxy J series will get the update in April.

To clear the air, the reach of the update for different smartphones will differ in various countries.

Just as a reminder, Samsung’s One UI is designed to make the screens of the smartphones clutter-free for a minimal aesthetic experience. The new software comes with various added features to meet the aim.
